Our premium 100G Dowling paper is thick enough to prevent bleed-through and ghosting with typical writing instruments. However, we recommend avoiding heavy markers or very wet fountain pens on both sides of the page. Many of our customers enjoy using fine-tip pens or colored pens to add personality to their entries. The smooth paper surface provides an excellent writing experience regardless of your pen choice. If you're unsure, start with your favorite everyday pen—you'll likely find it works perfectly!
How long will this journal last me?
The My Daily Self-Care Journal contains 160 pages designed for approximately 80-90 days of daily use. Each day includes both a morning and evening page, giving you about three months of guided self-care practice. Since the journal is undated, you have complete flexibility to use it at your own pace. If you skip a day or take a break, simply pick up where you left off without any guilt or wasted pages.
